Limited edition CD released in 1993 (also cassette) featuring a number of
modern tracks and three tracks from 1967 featuring Brian.

Released as a promo single in USA only in 1969. No picture sleeves exist.
A UK acetate was recently found indicating a UK release may have once been
considered. No copies of this acetate have ever surfaced on the collectors
market.

Released in 1982 Japan only on vinyl only. Coloured vinyl and black vinyl
bootlegs are now in circulation. The difference is that the lyric insert is
printed in black rather than in a gold/brown colour.
